Development

This domain will develop the following skills of the toddler: Oral, Motor, and Linguistic Skills. The facilitator along with the mother and toddler will do the following activities:

1 / Baby Finger Painting

The toddler will be able to explore more about colours which will enhanced their creativity skills. It will give the mother plenty of opportunities to teach a child a variety of concepts. Example, mothers related the colours with the objects in their surroundings. MI Skills - Fine Motor Development, Eye and Hand Coordination, Inter and Intra Personal Development.

2 / Picture Reading

The toddler will be able to  learn new vocabulary. They will  develop an awareness of different words. They will be able to enhance social-emotional learning and will be able to recognise sounds and patterns within spoken language. MI- Skills - Visual Spatial Skills , Imaginary Skills, Inter and Intra personal skills.

3 / Blowing the Feather

The toddler  will be able to apply their knowledge of the properties of the given object. They will be able to strengthen their muscle tone. They will be able to coordinate their lips, cheeks and jaw with airflow.

1 / Yoga exercise

Parents will be asked to imitate the yoga asanas demonstrated by the facilitator. Students and parents will enhance their bodily Kinesthetic Skills and  Muscle Flexibility.

2 / Dragging activity under sports

Parents will drag themselves with their baby in their lap from one end  to another end. Toddlers and parents will enhance their Bodily Kinesthetic Skills and  Muscle Fllexibility.

3 / Dancing

Parents will be asked to stand in a queue, facing towards the mirror. The facilitator will ask them to follow her steps and actions. Dance on all these songs will be done one after the other. The parents will follow the facilitator with their kids. Toddler and parents will enhance their Bodily Kinesthetic and  Musical Skills.

Creative development

Creative development involves exploring materials, sounds, movements, and ideas to express oneself. It nurtures skills like imagination and original thinking, crucial for problem- solving and innovation.

The Toddler will be able to apply their knowledge of the properties of different colors while sorting and matching things into different groups, and will able to self-correct themselves. Toddlers will be able to differentiate the characteristics of various objects. Toddlers will be able to label, name and pronounce various things.

Toddler will apply their knowledge of the properties of different shapes when sorting and matching things into different groups. They will be able to  self-correct themselves. They will be able to differentiate  between the characteristics of various objects.

3 / Story Time

Toddlers will be able to improve their sensory skills of hearing. They will be able to develop an awareness of imaginary thinking. They will be able to understand the concepts such as; listening, reacting to different sounds.

Toddler will be able to have better control over their bodies. They will developed an awareness of how their body can move. They will be able to improve their level of confidence and face that challenge.

2 / Sense of Touch

Toddler will able to improve balance, agility and coordination. They are able to know how their body can move. They understood the  concepts such as; up, down, over, under with  non verbal actions.

3 / Water Activity

Children will be able to strengthen their senses by dipping their feet in a water tub. This will sharpen their sensory and bodily kinesthetic skills .

1 / Reaching it Out

Toddlers will able to strengthen their fine motor skills by trying to reach out for different objects and they become better at grasping.

2 / Tasting Tray

Toddlers  will able to strengthen their Senses , Interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills by tasting different kinds of food. It is a joy to see the children tasting different kinds of food which help in the development of their taste buds. The child will give different expressions on tasting different kinds of food.

3 / Sink or Float

Toddler will able to understand that lighter objects float and heavier objects sink in the water. The Toddler will able to distinguish between the heavier and lighter objects. This leads to logical development of the child.

Each session will begin with a

Facilitators will greet participants and initiate an icebreaker activity to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Participants gather in a circle for a brief reflection on the day's activities, followed by a closing song or activity, and a warm farewell

until the next session.
